Frequently asked questions
The questions Las Vegas businesses ask most before they book, from how a project runs to what each package covers.
Pricing and booking
01How much does something like this cost?
Real talk, this is the first thing everyone asks. It depends on what you are getting. Your price scales up or down with the scope of work, and it is fully customizable, so you always have a say in what goes in and what it costs. And that is the best part: it is not one size fits all. We design a concept tailored to your specific business, because your business is not the last business we worked with.
Want quick reference numbers? Check the packages02How do we get started?
Book a call. We talk through your business and your goals, and we either match you to the right package or build a custom one around your scope. That call is also where we figure out the film you actually need, with no obligation to book on the spot.
03Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, it is how we prefer to work. The shelf packages are a starting point, but most clients get a custom build shaped around their exact goal, platform, and budget.
04Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 25% deposit books your date and gets us started, and the balance is due on delivery.
05How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better for planning, but we have turned around last minute projects too. If you have a date, tell us early so we can protect it.
?What if I cannot afford everything up front?
If you cannot afford everything up front, let us know. We can still talk through the scope and figure out a plan that works for you.
About working with us
01Who actually makes my video?
You work directly with the filmmaker, Micah, from the first call to the final cut. Not an account manager, not a rotating crew you never meet. When you have a note, it goes straight to the person editing your film.
02Do you only work with Las Vegas businesses?
We are based in Las Vegas and work primarily with Las Vegas businesses, but we will take work anywhere, including national brands. For anything outside the area, we just build travel into the plan. If a national brand wants to fly us out, we are on the plane.
03What makes you different from a bigger production company?
A big company turns your project into one job on a board, passed between people. Here it is the opposite: fewer layers, direct access to the filmmaker, and a story that stays intact because one person carries it start to finish. You get something you are proud to put your name on, without the agency machine in the middle.
04What makes you different from every other video production company in Las Vegas?
Two things. First, this is the only Las Vegas production company built specifically around brand campaigns, event coverage, social media retainers, and photography. That is it, done at a high level, instead of a little of everything. Second, most companies hand you a video and walk away. We do not stop at pretty visuals. we help you actually use the footage: where it goes, how to run it, how to get years of mileage out of it. You leave with content you can put to work, not just a nice looking file.
05How involved do I need to be?
You can be as hands on or hands off as you want. Some clients hand over the goal and check back at the review, others want a say in every decision. Both work. The one thing that is non negotiable: once we are rolling, you need to stay reachable and respond when we need input or a sign off. That communication is what keeps your project on schedule. Past that, we carry the weight.
06Do you help with the idea, or do I need to come with a concept?
You do not need a concept. Most clients know what they want but cannot quite put a finger on it, like a song stuck in your head where you can hum the hook but cannot name the track. Our job is to tell you the name of the song and then play it back. You bring the business and the goal, we build the concept and execute it.
Brand campaigns
01How long is a brand campaign?
Depends on where it is going. The main commercial usually lands around 30 seconds, the sweet spot for TV and paid ads. For other platforms we will build cuts that run 60 to 120 seconds, plus vertical versions sized for each social platform. We settle the exact length when we scope your project around where you actually need it to run.
02What happens on production day?
Production day is the shoot, the day we capture your film. Depending on the project that is lighting, camera, direction, talent, and audio, all run on a clear plan we have locked before anyone shows up. Every project includes intentional lighting, a professional color grade, clean audio, and studio grade sound design. Bigger builds can add a full crew, extra talent, voiceover, and aerial cinematography. What is actually on your shoot is built to fit your campaign when we scope it together.
03How many revisions do I get?
A revision is a round of changes on the edit: you review the cut, send your notes, we apply them. Most projects include two revision rounds. Larger builds can include up to four, and you can always add more at $50 per round. The goal is to get it right, not to nickel and dime the edit.
04How long does the whole thing take, start to finish?
Depends on scope, but a typical brand campaign runs a couple of weeks from concept to final cut, with the edit delivered within 15 business days of the shoot. We set real dates when we scope it.
05Can I use the footage for paid ads?
Yes. Everything is built so you can run it: organic, paid, your website, your socials. We will deliver the versions and aspect ratios you need for where you are running it.
Event coverage
01What do I get from event coverage?
A high energy highlight recap of your event, cut around the moments that actually mattered, plus vertical cuts for socials. The goal is something you are proud to post the morning after, and something you can reuse to promote the next one.
02Can I get photos from the same event?
Yes. Photography can run alongside the event, so you walk away with both a highlight recap and a matching set of images.
03How soon do I get the final video after the event?
Within our standard delivery window of 15 business days, and often faster for events since turnaround energy matters. If you need a quick teaser out the same week, tell us up front and we will plan for it.
04Do you capture interviews or reactions at the event?
We do. Grabbing real reactions and short interviews from people at your event is one of the best ways to build energy and social proof into the recap. If you want that, we will plan for it so it does not interrupt your event.
Photography
01What kind of photography do you shoot?
Product, event, portrait, and brand work, all with the same cinematic eye as the video. Event photography captures the room as it happens, and brand and business photography builds a library you can use everywhere.
02Does photography come with packages?
Yes. Photography can be built into your package. Depending on which package you are on, you get a set number of high resolution brand photos from the same production: one package might include 15, a larger one 35. If you want a specific count, we will build it into your custom scope.
03Do photo and video happen on the same day?
Usually not. To do both at the level we want, they are typically separate days so neither gets rushed. We will schedule it so it works for you.
04How many final images do I get, and are they edited?
You get a set number of fully edited, high resolution images depending on your package, color corrected and retouched, ready to use. We lock the count when we scope your project.

Let's make people choose you first.
Book a call and we will map the one film your business actually needs, then build it with you.
